Limitation of sulphite additions

Tasting

The color is light yellow with golden highlights.
The nose develops aromas of passion fruit and citrus.
The attack is round with notes of yellow fruit.
The palate has a fruit-acid and slightly woody balance.
The finish is persistent with soft tannins.

Three to four years in good storage conditions
